Signing of the Annual Performance Agreement 2017-2018 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Annual Performance Agreement (APA) 2017-2018 was signed on 1^st August in a ceremony conducted at the Gyalyong Tshokhang. Hon’ble Prime Minister graced the signing ceremony. The APA of the Ministry for 2017-2018 was signed between Hon’ble Prime Minister and Hon’ble Foreign Minister, and between Hon’ble Foreign Minister and Foreign Secretary. The APAs of the Departments were signed between Foreign Secretary and Heads of Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Agreement between the Ministry and the Embassies and Missions abroad were also signed on the same day.

The APAs will guide the Departments and the various Embassies and Missions in their work, and in achieving the planned targets of the Ministry for the fiscal year 2017-2018.
