H.E. Shri Vijay Gokhale, Foreign Secretary, Government of India, called on Lyonchhen (Dr.) Lotay Tshering, Prime Minister, and Lyonpo (Dr.) Tandi Dorji, Foreign Minister, on Monday, 19^th November 2018.

The Foreign Secretary was in Bhutan from 18-20 November 2018 to convey to Lyonchhen the invitation extended by Prime Minister Modi to visit India. Earlier in the day he received an audience with His Majesty the King and His Majesty the Fourth King.
