Assurance on Accuracy of CV

The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) in an effort to correct civil service information has recently completed the nationwide information correction exercise in all the agencies.

To validate accuracy and completeness of information in the Civil Service Information System (CSIS), the RCSC would like to request all individual civil servants to view their recent CV and respond online through CSIS-“View CV page” or by SMS to 2020 with following details latest by 15th Jan 2015:

(Personal details) Name, EID, R-Regular Employee or C-Contract Employee
Yes – if CV is correct,
No –if CV is incorrect (submit CV with corrections highlighted along with supporting documents to RCSC)
No Internet (mention location) – if no internet access

Civil servants who are unable to log in to CSIS or for any queries, contact RCSC at (02) 332473 or email kzam@rcsc.gov.bt.

The RCSC has strict policy to use CSIS for any HR actions in the civil service and therefore, incorrect CV may impede important HR actions. In view of its importance, it is mandatory for all individual civil servants to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

The “No” respondents will be contacted directly after 15th Jan 2015 to effect corrections in the system.
