Lyonpo Damcho Dorji, Minister for Foreign Affairs will lead the Bhutanese delegation to the first-ever  World  Humanitarian  Summit (WHS) in Istanbul, Turkey from  23- 24 May 2016. The Summit is being convened by the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and co-hosted by the Government of Republic of Turkey.
