SAARC Charter Day is observed annually on 8th December. This day marks the signing of the SAARC Charter in 1985 by the Leaders of SAARC Countries at the First SAARC Summit held in Dhaka.

Hon’ble Lyonchhen Jigmi Y. Thinley signed on behalf of the Royal Government the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on 21st September 2010, on the occasion of the 2010 UN Treaty Event. 

The interview will be held on (24th September 2010, 9:30 AM) at the State Guest House(Ministerial Enclave, Motithang). The candidates are required to bring their original documents for verification. There will be Practical, Viva and Written examinations.
