Bhutan establishes diplomatic relations with Mongolia and Vietnam

The Kingdom of Bhutan wishing to strengthen and develop mutually beneficial relations with Mongolia and Vietnam have established diplomatic relations.

The Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations was signed between H.E. Mr. Lhatu Wangchuk, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Bhutan to the United Nations in New York, and H.E. Ms. Enkhtsetseg Ochir, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the United Nations in New York, on 18th January 2012, at the Permanent Mission of Mongolia in New York.

The Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations was signed between H.E. Mr. Lhatu Wangchuk, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Bhutan to the United Nations in New York, and H.E. Mr. Le Hoai Trung, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the United Nations in New York, on 19th January 2012, at the Permanent Mission of Viet Nam in New York.
