Annual Performance Agreement Signing Ceremony

The Annual Performance Agreement between the Minister and the Secretary as well as between the Secretary and the heads of different Departments was signed on 14th August 2015 in a ceremony conducted at the Gyalyong Tshokhang. This is the first time such an agreement has been signed at the Department level in the Ministry. The APAs are expected to help each Department work towards achieving the goals identified by the Ministry for the fiscal year 2015-2016 in its Ministerial APA. Agreements between the Ministry and the different Embassies & Missions abroad were also signed on the same day.
