Mr. Thinlay Namgyel, Secretary, Gross National Happiness Commission and H.E. Ms. Brigitte Oeppinger-Walchshofer, Ambassador of Austria to Bhutan based in New Delhi, signed the letter of exchange for the Bhutan Country Strategy 2019-2023. The signing took place in the presence of H.E Lyonpo (Dr.) Tandi Dorji, the Foreign Minister of Bhutan and H.E. Dr. Karin Kneissl, Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs of Austria. H.E Dr. Kneissl is on a two day visit to Bhutan, accompanied by senior officials from the Austrian government.
