The HR Section would like to notify to those whose promotion is due on July, 2017 to submit the relevant documents on or before 15th May, 2017.
1. Promotion Form
2. Performance Evaluation form for past 3 years with dully signed & rated by the Supervisor & Manager (FY July 2015 to June 2016 (IWP), July 2014 to June 2015, July 2013 to June 2014)
3. Valid Audit Clearance
4. Valid Security Clearance
The HR Section will not accept incomplete documents or late submission la. The Promotion proposal must be submitted strictly in line with the Promotion Rules & Regulations of the BCSR-2012.
