Royal Bhutanese Embassy, Bangkok Just another WordPress site
The Royal Bhutanese Embassy in Bangkok celebrated the 116th National Day of Bhutan at the Chancery on 17thDecember 2023. The joyous ocasion was celebrated among officials and staff of the Embassy, family members, and around 300 Bhutanese community in Bangkok, Thailand.
The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag, singing of the National Anthem and offering of Marchang. The event was followed by cultural programs performed by the Bhutanese students in Bangkok and a lucky draw. The highlight of the event was watching the live telecast of His Majesty The King’s address to the nation. In the afternoon, the Embassy hosted a luncheon for the Bhutanese community at the Chancery. The program ended with all the guests joining the Tashi Labey.
On the auspicious occasion of the 116th National Day, the Royal Bhutanese Embassy in Bangkok joins the nation in humbly offering our prayers for the good health and long life of His Majesty The King and for the continued peace, prosperity and happiness of the people of Bhutan under the glorious reign of the Wangchuck Dynasty. We reaffirm our commitment to serve the Tsa-Wa-Sum with utmost dedication and loyalty.
