Visa for Bhutanese Citizens traveling to Thailand

Ordinary Bhutanese passport holders traveling to Thailand for a short term duration or transit can apply their Thai Visa on arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport. At the moment, Thai Immigration grants 30 days visa on arrival for Bhutanese ordinary passport holder and this arrangement will continue till 31 March 2023. For travel duration exceeding 30 days, it is strongly advised to process your visa in advance through the Royal Thai Honorary Consulate General in Thimphu. 

Official and diplomatic passport holders do not require a visa for entry into Thailand.
