Appointment of Bhutan’s HC in Essen, Germany

The Royal Bhutanese Embassy in Brussels hosted a ceremony to celebrate the appointment of Dr. Erhard Meyer-Galow as the Honorary Consul of Bhutan in Essen, Germany on 31 May 2022. Dr. Meyer-Galow’s appointment was formalised on 8 February 2022, with the issuance of the Letter of Exequarter from the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The consular district of the Honorary Consul covers the Länder Nordrhein- Westfalen, Bremen, Hamburg, Hessen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Niedersachsen and Schleswig-Holstein.
