At the invitation of the Course Director of the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC), Savar, on September 30, 2021, Kutshab delivered a lecture on Bhutanโs development philosophy of Gross National Happiness, its use as a holistic framework for development and various aspects of the close and friendly ties between Bhutan and Bangladesh. The lecture session was well attended by 626 trainee officers who are currently undergoing a six-month-long Foundational Training Course (FTC).All these trainee officers are selected through a competitive civil service examination and will go on to join various organizations of the civil service in Bangladesh upon completion of the ongoing FTC.
